300g creckers, 150g melted butter, 500g creamcheese, 300g condensed milk, 100g white chocolate (melted), 1 espresso, 1 tbsp vanilla ekstraxt, 15g powdered gelatine, 2 tbsp water.
Line 20cm baking tray with baking paper. In a food procesor, process creckers until they are like powder. Add melted butter and mix it togeather. Put everything in the baking tray and press it down and level it, so it doesnt have holes or cracks. In a small bowl mix gelatine and water. Rest it for 5 minutes and then melt ir over a warm water. In a bowl put creamcheese and mix it togeather with vannilla and espresso. Add condesed milk and melted chocolte ar mix. As the last one add gelatine. Mix everything togeather and poir the mixture over the cookie base. Chill it for 2 hours. Decorate it with crandberries or chocolate candy.
